What are your shipping policies?

Our turnaround time is currently 3 weeks! Shipping times may be lengthened if our wholesale provider is running slow shipments.

How does your sizing work?

All sizing is unisex and runs true to size. For a more oversized, relaxed fit, ordering one size up is recommended! 

What is the paper on the inside of my crewneck? 

This is called stabilizer! This is what adheres the stitching of the designs to the shirt itself. We always cut to the shape of the design, and even invest in ‘tender touch’ stabilizer for a more comfortable wear! 

What are the marks on the outside of my crewneck?

This is just hoop burn! When hooping embroidery, you must do so very tightly so the fabric doesn’t shift. This causes some of the friction marks you may see. Don’t worry- these will come out on your first wash of the garment! 

What is your return policy? 

We accept returns within 30 days after delivery! Please contact us if you would like to return an item or are experiencing any issues.
